In October 2025, DG ECFIN’s flash estimate of the consumer confidence indicator increased for the second month in a row, by 0.8 percentage points (pps) in the EU and 0.7 pps in the euro area. Scoring at -13.5 (EU) and -14.2 (euro area) points.
