Monthly GDP grew by 0.1% in August 2026, following an unrevised growth of 0.4% in July 2026 and a growth of 0.4% in June 2026.
The growth in August was driven by a 0.8% growth in production, with services showing no growth, and construction falling by 0.2% in August 2026.
Real gross domestic product (GDP) is estimated to have grown by 0.7% in the three months to August 2026, compared with the three months to May 2026.
