Production in industry in real terms (price adjusted) was down 1.9% in June 2025 month on month after seasonal and calendar adjustment, according to provisional data provided by the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis). After revision of the provisional results, production decreased slightly by 0.1% in May 2025 compared with April 2025.

Compared with June 2024, production was down 3.6% in June 2025 after adjustment for calendar effects.
