The U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis announced today that the goods and services deficit was $57.3 billion in February, up $2.7 billion from $54.7 billion in January, revised. February exports were $314.8 billion, $12.6 billion more than January exports. February imports were $372.1 billion, $15.2 billion more than January imports.
Year-to-date, the goods and services deficit decreased $136.1 billion, or 54.8 percent, from the same period in 2025. Exports increased $62.6 billion or 11.3 percent. Imports decreased $73.5 billion or 9.2 percent.
