Land Allocation

Government land will be allocated for investments with incentive certificate under large scale, strategic and regional incentive schemes in accordance with the rules and principles defined by the Ministry of Finance, depending on the availability of such land in the provinces where investments are made.

Land Allocation Example

The total amount of investment in immovables cannot be less than the current value of the immovable for agriculture, livestock and education investments, two folds of the value for tourism investments and three folds for other investments.  The annual rental of the immovable is set between 0.5 % and 2.5 % of the property tax and is increased in line with the Producer Price Index (PPI) each year.
