Foreign Trade Expectation Survey of 4th Quarter of 2024
Export and Import Expectation Indices realized for the 4th quarter of 2024.
07 October 2024 - Foreign Trade Expectation Survey (FTES) reflects assessments of Turkish leading foreign trade firms regarding recent and current situations along with their future expectations. Particularly, it helps to produce indices that can be stated as leading indicators.
According to the Survey conducted between the dates of 02-17 September 2024,
Export Expectation Index realized as 98.9 in the 4th quarter of 2024.
Import Expectation Index realized as 110.4 in the 4th quarter of 2024.

FTEI* = 100: A stable outlook to the foreign trade by the leading firms covered by the Foreign Trade Expectation Survey.
FTEI > 100: A positive outlook to the foreign trade by the leading firms covered by the Foreign Trade Expectation Survey.
FTEI < 100: A negative outlook to the foreign trade by the leading firms covered by the Foreign Trade Expectation Survey.
